After our first session, together we will talk about therapy options and figure out the best starting point. As time goes on, and as therapy develops, this might change, but that's okay because its the nature of therapy.
This will really depend on a number of things - what has brought you to therapy, time, finances etc. We can talk more about this in our first session.
The first session is us getting to know each other. It can be helpful to hear about whats brought you to the session, where you are in life at the moment, what is going on and where you would like to get to. The rest we will talk about as time goes on.
